How to upgrade or downgrade your current plan

A plan is always linked to one device, so it needs to be changed from the page of the device that you want to associate to a different plan.

You can upgrade or downgrade the plan of your device at any time. Here's what you need to do:

  • Go to your Device page and, if you have more than one device, select the one on which you need to change the plan.
